Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

5.1 General Policy

Due to the nature of perfumes as personal-use products, returns and exchanges are only accepted for:

Damaged or defective products

Incorrect products received


5.2 Mandatory Video Proof

To qualify for a return or replacement:

You must record an unedited video showing the unboxing process clearly.

The video must capture the shipping label, outer packaging, and the damaged or incorrect item.

The video must be submitted to our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product.


Failure to provide video proof or submit within 48 hours will render the return or refund ineligible.

5.3 Return Process

 1.⁠ ⁠Contact us via email or WhatsApp or Instagram within 48 hours of delivery.


 2.⁠ ⁠Submit the required video evidence and order details.


 3.⁠ ⁠Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or request you to ship the item back (as instructed).

 

5.4 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5.5 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Opened or used perfumes

Products without original packaging

Gift cards or promotional items
